How to Remove the Welcome Message in Joomla 1.5

If you install new Joomla! 1.5 on your server, you get the 'Welcome to the Front Page' title on your Frontpage. One of the frequently asked questions, when starting on in Joomla is where to change this setting. Sometimes, it is difficult to find, where you can change this title.
