Where are my Modules?

It happens to even the best of us - we have deleted the source file containing the module positions for our Joomla template, or even worse we are using a template where the designer forgot to include a module map.  What next?

How to implement a flash advert in Joomla 1.5

So you have created a banner campaign but your client wants to run a flash file in place of a standard .jpg or .gif. You have uploaded the file and selected it but it isn't working... Hmm I 'm sure we can fix that for you ;0)

Creating a Holding page for Joomla

When developing a Joomla site the client will inevitably want a 'holding' page of some sort.  While Joomla can cater to many things an auto holding page is not one of them.  However with a couple of simple steps you can satisfy both your client and development needs.

Adding a Random Element in PHP

In a bid to find simple ways to populate a random quote throughout a standard HTML site - I came across the random PHP command.  After a bit of thought I realised there were several ways of implementing this feature which would allow for some fresh content to appear throughout the site.
